About the event
Around the world, followers of Jesus face pressure, persecution, and isolation—yet the church continues to pray. In partnership with Open Doors UK, Story Church London is hosting an evening dedicated to praying for persecuted believers across the nations.
We’re honoured to welcome Howard Satterthwaite—author, coach, and speaker (Hold on to Hope; Spiritual Detox)—who will share an encouragement to strengthen our hearts as we intercede together.
Pastor Timothy, a church leader in China now in his seventies, has lived through many waves of persecution. He says:
“From our youngest children through to our old brothers and sisters, everyone knows the power of prayer… As soon as persecution comes, we drop to the ground and pray.”
